Agency life – 1st quarter 2015

Communication on the cessation of analog TV for upc cablecom – “Les Experts Maison” campaign – 2014 Activity reports for the FVE and the Centre Patronal – Launch of Coca-Cola Life in Switzerland – Crisis communication – Accuray International event at CHUV.

From January to March 2015, our agency has :

• supported upc cablecom, the leading combined provider of TV in Switzerland, in announcing the cessation of analog TV broadcasting in the French-speaking part of the country. This action involved notably the organization of a day of meetings with the media in Fribourg, Lausanne and Neuchâtel, as well as the conception and the realization of a  TV informercial that is broadcasted on the main regional TV channels;

• designed and coordinated the experts maison campaign, created in order to value construction work in the region. This operation took place over several months, with notably the broadcasting of a 10 episodes TV show on the local channel La Télé. This campaign was created as a common project between the Fédération Vaudoise des Entrepreneurs, the main professional association for the building industry in the Canton of Vaud, and some other construction work associations.

• successfully managed the realisation and the on-time delivery of the annual reports of the Centre Patronal, the Lausanne-based private organisation that advises and assists companies and professionals, and of the Fédération Vaudoise des Entrepreneurs;

Production of the photos

• supported a Zurich-based partner agency Oppenheim&Partner for the media launch of Coca-Cola Life in the French-speaking part of Switzerland;

• advised and supported several clients in the field of crisis communication (media or/and HR issues, restructuration);

• organised an event for Accuray International at the Cantonal University Hospital CHUV in order to present the new CyberKnife system to main stakeholders and key opinion leaders;
